It all began with two sisters, a shared love of all things sweet, and a dream to create something special for our hometown, Mildura.

Starting a business had always been on our minds, we just didn’t know what it would look like.
A casual suggestion to open a frozen yoghurt shop quickly turned into the right idea at the right time. After visiting other self-serve Frozen Yoghurt stores and falling in love with the experience, we knew Mildura was missing something and we wanted to be the ones to bring it home.

Our personal journeys in health, food, and creativity have shaped what Virgo is today. It’s more than just a dessert shop. It’s a space built on connection, creativity, and community.
The name Virgo felt right from the start – it is a shared star sign which is meaningful to us, and hopefully memorable to our customers.
We opened our doors in December 2022, with a vision to offer something unique. A place where people can take control of their own creations, make choices that align with their lifestyle, and enjoy balance in the most delicious way.

Our menu has thoughtfully selected ingredients and a variety of options, including a range of handcrafted desserts by co-owner Amelia and, of course, great coffee for those who love a quality brew.

Having lived in Mildura most of our lives, we’re proud to contribute to the community and its growing potential. Every step of this journey has been rewarding, and we continue to set new goals and expand with positivity and purpose.
